Storage
First trim the leaves, leaving about 1/4 inch of the stem attached.
Place the radishes in a plastic bag with a slightly damp paper towel to help keep them from drying out.
Seal the bag and store it in the refrigerator.
The radishes should stay fresh for over a week. It's also a good idea to check the radishes periodically and remove any that have become soft as they can cause the others to spoil more quickly.
